Depending on the complexity of your project, there may be multiple design review meetings. We’ll then present a comprehensive proposal that includes itemized costs, product allowances, and a detailed scope of work. Once the contract is signed and the initial payment is received, the excitement truly begins!

Now it’s time to select the essential components of your project. During the Selections Meeting, you’ll choose flooring, fixtures, lighting, cabinets, and more. After finalizing all selections, we’ll prepare a detailed specifications sheet and drawings for your review and signature. Before we order materials, we’ll host a kickoff meeting with key trade contractors to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding the design, materials, schedule and project plan.

We’ll conduct a Pre-Construction Meeting at your home to discuss logistics and set expectations before construction begins. Once the work starts, we’ll hold weekly walkthroughs to gather your feedback on our progress.
